Top Story!! Full-Body Photo of Tortured Eddie Mutwe Leaks After Security Chases Journalists from Court

A full-body image of Edward Ssebufu, widely known as Eddie Mutwe and personal bodyguard to opposition leader Bobi Wine, has surfaced online following days of uncertainty surrounding his whereabouts.

Mutwe had been missing since April 27, reportedly held at an undisclosed location without access to communication. He was quietly brought to Masaka High Court under heavy security, with no prior notice to the media or public.

On arrival, witnesses say he appeared visibly weak and struggled to walk. He was supported by two men in plain clothes as he limped into the court holding cells.

Journalists who had gathered to report on the hearing were barred from taking photos or covering the proceedings. Security officers cited strict instructions to block all media coverage, and the press was removed from the premises.

Despite these restrictions, a full-body photograph of Mutwe later leaked online. In the image, he is seen wearing traditional attire, a departure from his usual National Unity Platform (NUP) uniform. His frail condition has raised alarm, with observers expressing concern over his health. While some noted he appeared severely weakened, others believed he remained composed, albeit visibly exhausted.

The leaked image has reignited questions among the public about the circumstances of his detention and why authorities attempted to conceal his appearance.
