Popular socialite and ghetto girl Jenifer Nakangubi a.k.a Full Figure has today overshadowed parents and students attending a graduation ceremony at the UMCAT school of Journalism and Mass Communication in Makerere.
Full Figure much known for her openness in social criticism and fierce attacks on the country’s political opposition has always been tainted for lack of academic qualifications.
She has always stirred attention from the public over her spoken English much known as lacking for fear of better language.
She’s a proud Presidential Advisor having been appointed by President Yoweri Museveni in what many called degenerating standards and quality of his advisors.
Undeterred by such criticism, Full Figure has always sought and elicited attention from the public.
She’s a leading critic of Uganda’s opposition supremo Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine after falling out with him in their early days of the ‘struggle’.
She enrolled for a certificate in Journalism …sometime back at the much-known UMCAT but information remained hidden until early this year when the institute organised a public debate moderated by Eunice Nankwanga Kasirye her special teacher in Communication skills.
Business came to a standstill when the over thrilled mother went wild in celebrating her graduation.
She was quick to warn critics that a lot more was coming. She was chest thumping over her achievement and closeness to President Yoweri Museveni.
“I have suffered scorn and ridicule over my lack of papers and broken English until i made a decision to return to school, life is different when you are uneducated, am glad am here” said Nakangubi.
Nakangubi is a presenter with the Salt Media Group, a conglomerate owned by Pastor Aloysius Bujingo.
Bujingo equally suffered similar ridicule until he graduated with a degree at the Kayiwa University.
Full Figure was restless throughout the ceremony as the master of ceremonies kept mentioning her name time and again as an example of determination and relentless resolve.
She’s headed for a diploma that will lead her to Makerere University her choice.
The Uganda Communications Commission recently suspended Nakangubi from the airwaves of Salt Media’s “Omusunsuzi” show over inappropriate language.
UCC said Nakangubi and her co – presenter Charles James Ssenkubuge had fallen short Media standards and ethics hence the suspension.
The show that airs through the week’s mornings has since been reinstated.

Full Figure is also a musician with a few songs on her name.
She’s outgoing, fearless, determined, kind, open and honest.
