I&M Bank has announced that it has relocated head offices to Kingdom Kampala Mall along Nile Avenue in the city centre beginning today, Tuesday, May, 2,2021.
In an internal memo issued by the bankers, the particular functions that will be housed at the new offices were elaborated, which are that of the Executive Office, Cooperate Banking products and channels, treasury, credit, legal, marketing, and corporate communication and compliance.
“Dear customers, this is to inform you that to serve you better, we have relocated our head offices to Kingdom Kampala Mall located on plot 13A-35A, 37A-39A on Nile Avenue, effective Tuesday, May 2, 2023,” reads the notice in part.
I&M Bank became the latest financial Institution to join the country’s banking sector in 2021 when it was cleared by the Bank of Uganda upon acquiring majority shares in Orient Bank.
In 2022, I&M Holdings Ltd announced the acquisition of 90% shares of Orient Bank Limited Uganda.
