Kasangati police station is investigating a case of disappearance of a one Edrine Mpiima a resident of Kitagobwa village in Kasangati town council, Wakiso district who went missing on Monday 29/6/2020.
It’s alleged that Mpiima together with his driver set off heading to Kulambiro in Nakawa Division, Kampala but when they reached Kumbuzi trading Center, Mpiima asked the driver to stop, got out of the vehicle and told him to go noting that he would get there by other means.
“Ever since then, they have not heard from him and his phones are off. They have decided to come to police and report the case” Says Patrick Onyango the Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson.
Onyango is now appealing to members of the public who know or who might be having any idea where Mpiima is to pass it in confidence to the nearest Police Station as investigations into the matter continue.
