Death toll rises in Mbale flooding

According to reports, at least 16 persons have died as a due of flooding and landslides caused by heavy  rain in the Bugisu and Sebei sub-regions. 11 bodies were discovered in a vehicle that was flashed into River Nabuyonga on Sunday morning.
