Musician Lydia Jazmine has asked her fans, friends and relatives to forgive Star TV presenter Ibrah K. Mukasa a.k.a MC Ibrah for the inappropriate language he used against her. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This follows a public apology issued by the celebrated Journalist and vow not to attack the singer ever again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a statement posted on her social media platforms, Jazmine said much as she was offended by the verbal attack, she has chosen to forgive since God is the overall Judge who sees it all and is always in control asking her fans, friends and relatives to do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Below is the singer’s full statement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Mc Ibra<\/p>\n\n\n\n To forgive is divine. The weak can never forgive because forgiveness is an attribute for the strong.Forgiveness isn\u2019t approving what happened, it\u2019s choosing to rise above it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I want to thank all my fans, friends and family for standing with me all the way and I kindly request you all to please forgive Mc Ibrah because God is the overall judge who sees it all and is always in control. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We have won so many battles even bigger than this. Let\u2019s leave it all to God. I want to make it clear that who I\u2019m dating isn\u2019t an issue but when it comes to children I\u2019m very passionate and sensitive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n For that matter I was offended with the \u2018unborn children\u2019 insults that were uttered for children are innocent and a blessing to every woman. We all deserve that respect and happiness. Every woman can give birth, no one is exempted from it. I look after many kids and I have a dream of having my own children at the right time. No woman deserves this kind of disrespect and treatment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The bottom line is that Mc Ibrah apologised for his insulting, false and demeaning statements about me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He promised that he will never at any one point repeat it or ever attack any other person again.
