He had aggressive diabetes and high claret pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sad development has been accepted by the Minister for Presidency, Hon. Babirye Milly Babalanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Minister declared the backward Baraza as a admired assessment baton who abundantly contributed to the development of Uganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"715\" height=\"715\" src=\"https:\/\/smlnews.ug\/Luganda\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-16-at-9.03.14-AM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4691\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smlnews.ug\/Luganda\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-16-at-9.03.14-AM.jpeg 715w, https:\/\/smlnews.ug\/Luganda\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-16-at-9.03.14-AM-300x300.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/smlnews.ug\/Luganda\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-16-at-9.03.14-AM-150x150.jpeg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 715px) 100vw, 715px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Baraza becomes the 2nd RDC to die in a period of less than a month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 3rd August, 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/smlnews.ug\/Luganda\/2022\/08\/04\/he-was-comrade-in-the-struggle-mufti-pays-tribute-to-the-late-haji-nsereko-mutumba\/\">Hajji Nsereko Mutumba<\/a>, who was once the Kayunga RDC also passed on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The account of Hajji Mutumba\u2019s afterlife was once accepted by the Deputy Presidential Press Secretary, Mr. Faruk Kirunda who declared the fallen as patriotic and a unifying factor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe afterlife of Hajji Nsereko Mutumba, the RDC Kayunga, is a big blow. An admired assessment leader, he formed for peace, unity, and development amid Ugandans. His absence will be acutely felt.
