He said the condition was being managed by the best medics and the Kabaka would be well soon.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His media briefing coincided with the public taking of the COVID-19 vaccine by the Kabaka and his wife Lady Sylvia Nagginda Luswata.<br>Last night,events Promoter Balaam Barugahare stunned social media critics with a short video of the Kabaka freely shopping at Capital Shoppers in Ntinda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The video reduced tensions and interrupted growing conspiracies that the Kabaka was critically ill with allegations that the Katikkiro and royal family were in connivance not to fly the King abroad for advanced treatment.
