“I don’t think she’s the one who said you come and we have a rally, the problem was to put herself in a situation where these people would converge” said the president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He advised politicians to do as much as possible to avoid crowds until the situation normalizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, the president eased restrictions on operations of bodabodas and Arcades that were imposed in March this year to prevent the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because 3rd term starts in September, government will make a decision on whether to reopen schools or declare a dead year by the end of August. In the meantime emphasise is to be put on long distance learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In an effort to ensure social distancing and keeping worshippers safe from COVID-19, places of worship will remain closed until consultations on how they can reopen amidst COVID-19 are done.
The Entebbe International Airport will remain closed as well as the borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
