Speaking at the 2025 Ibrahim Governance Weekend in Marrakesh, Morocco, Sir Mo gave a passionate speech that caught attention across Africa. He accused the Ugandan government of using violence against political opponents and silencing dissent. He said the Ugandan people are being denied their basic rights and freedoms.<\/p>\n
